They even upgraded are connection speed two or three times and last week dropped the price by £5 a month. I have had 100% uptime in the 4 years I have been using Demon - nothing but good things. AFTER 84 PHONE CALLS OVER TWO WEEKS AND 84 REPS MY RESIDENTIAL LINE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RENUMBERED IS NOW BLOCKED .I HAVE E-MAILED TO COPLAIN AND HAVE JUST WRITTEN TO OFFCOM.IT IS HORRENDOUS AND MY BUSINESS HAS BEEN TOTALLY AFFECTED AND I WILL BE SEELING COMPENSATION.
