Virgin are the number 1 ISP in the UK in my opinion, their also the fastest and probably the cheapest but what about this Phorm thing their talking about implementing?

Looper – in my household we’ve had numerous brakedowns and the like of NTL hardware such as the digital boxes and broadband modem – but never have we received a text message.. not until the other day when we had to order a new broadband modem because our last one was playing up.

“They’ve started sending out text messages to let customers know when technicians are due out at their houses and when they are coming.”

That was introduced over a year ago.
