Who do you know that professionally makes and sells tutorials?

I’m looking for a nice list of people who sell tutorials. Whether it be DVD, eBook or just plain download.

The site can cover ANYTHING you wan’t, just post it :)

Your help is more than appreciated

  1. Jay I could add a heap of sites to this straight up (sites where you do actually pay to view the tutorials), years ago all tutorial sites were open to public viewing then along came the: “Lets Rip This Tutorial, Change A Few Words And Post As Ours” So many sites closed down it was sad, then a few decided to close their sites of and go to private memberships or pay to view.

I will need time to compile the listings but the sites do exist.

Very quickly the ones we all know of are:
    http://www.photoshopuser.com/
    http://www.TotalTraining.com

All the best paintshop pro tutorials are via paid membership, I’ll reply at a later date as not going to go hunt them all down atm.

  2. Hey D

I mostly need ‘pay per tutorial’ links… unfortunatly there’s not much I can do with the others

Looking forward to seeing that list you hunt down :)

  3. 1st attempt to post didn’t seem to go anywhere, so, at the risk of repeating myself for Flash, see http://www.cartoonsmart.com – some freebies, but mostly tutorals for sale.

  4. Do you mean pay for and then own rights to it? Or do you mean pay for it and then you would read/watch the tutorial?

http://wwww.lynda.com is the best for the latter.

  5. Pay for it and then read/watch the tutorial :)

  6. Apparently you’ve all overlooked arguably the largest, most compelling tutorial website group of them all. http://www.technicallead.com. That is the official indexing website of all their subsites (learnflash.com, watchandlearnphotoshop.com, learnwebdevelopment.com, etc).

Each of these offer a complete education in their respective subjects via video tutorials available by either CD or download. To win you over they have many sample tutorials for downloading or viewing online.

If you’re strapped for time, just check out this page and begin viewing sample tutorials instantly:

    You’re welcome.

P.S. Cooper stated an excellent resource. Good for you Cooper.

  7. This site isnt on a pay per tutorial, more a pay per topic covered, and they come in dvd’s i dont think its exactly what your looking for but there the best of what they do. http://thegnomonworkshop.com/
