I think the support have great personalities and are very fast. But the Mosso process still has its issues In my opinion.

Are there any other problems?

While I am content with HostDime, and they are usually very helpful, they do upset me with their responsiveness to problems, and with their absurd charges for certain services sometimes. I am trying to keep some other options open.

Hey David,

There’s only a couple of small problems with accounts being created and not appearing. But it’s a one out of five thing and the support team can usually fix it in 15 minutes.

Also when you create an account it’s automatically on ASP and has to be moved onto PHP4/PHP5 to get mod_rewrite, htaccess etc. (otherwise standard php works fine). This i’ve been told is being worked on, and will be an option when you first create the account.

I’ll be writing more posts on them in the future, as I think they are more than worth writing about :)

JHuk still being launced on new years?
