Looking at the board there's a lot of talent on there - and you've got to question if they are actually 'advising' at all given the sites current status. They need to keep the jobs feed out of the main RSS feed. It's one of the main selling points for the job board yes - but I don't want to look at their job board and if I did - i'd subscribe to the feed. It doesn't need to be forced upon people.
