It looks great, it’s certainly less like the BBC we are used to. Whoever they’ve hired to re-design the select parts of the site that are appearing re-designed in recent weeks – they’ve made the right choice.

My only niggle with BBC at the moment is their absolute faith in the Windows Media Player.. if they could provide a Flash based player (I don’t care if it’s Microsoft Live based or not) so I could watch things on my mac without using Parallels – that’d be great.

Gonzalez is really tearing into Nadal… maybe Murray took it all out of him.

I just got word that Boots.com can’t accept credit cards valid from 2007 – and according to their support department it’ll take them FIVE DAYS to add 2007 to the drop down box so they can!

Five days to add an option to a drop down list at such a big company as Boots?… that’s made my day.

Thanks to matt @ lostphotograph.co.uk for the tipoff!

  3. Fundamental mistake at DynaDot – Gain Access to Domains at DynaDot!

DynaDot, a registrar of about 55,000 domains, apparently has a very skimpy security system. I was managing a domain of mine when I decided to experiment with the URL. I found that you can get any domain you want, with a few clicks.

Seriously… 55,000 domains registered and they have such a fundamental security mistake as this? I could probably feel sorry for them if they had a JavaScript exploit or a 1000 character hack in the URL… but switching the ID number of the registered domain and gaining complete access? That’s just stupidity.

    DynaDot coders – for shame.
